hmmm some admins do dothat cos they think they have admin and they can take the piss but when admin starts talking to owner he does'nt take the piss cos hes scared of ban ....

The thing is, that they don't know how to be polite to others - only because of their stupidness. Don't think about all admins that way.
If you hate someone it doesn't mean that you can say about whole nation or country whatever.

IF YOU ARE ADMIN YOU HAVE TO BE POLITE TO OTHERS AND HAVE RESPONSOBILITY NOT TO ABUSE OR INSULT SOMEONE!!!

IN MY VIEW - PEOPLE WHO DOING THAT ESPECIALLY GUYS WITH AUTHORITY NEED TO HAVE SOME PUNISHMENT OR KIND OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION
THAT CAN'T BE JUST FOR FUN. C YOU HAVE TO MANAGE THAT.
