| Time 17:30 , date 24th of May 2010, My ip 94.171.223.164, ban period :30.00 minutes, ban reason: havent been told, admin : ROOney kiddo or something similar.
Ive been playin this game far too long to be neutral when dear adm, without any reason banned me for 30minutes, huh? I wont even mention about doing rrs in the middle of the game. Are we really living in the world of FFA for adms? Is the reality rly so sad? Im rly moved by his actions, hope HA will do something about that. Cuz... so far this server is overpowered by 13yrs old kids or other twats with suprassed egos

| Kiddo ? ..mate I understand you've probably been banned for no reason and banned only under suspicion by other people I'm faced with this nearly everyday,
now some admins on the server just put a time on your ban instead of making it a perm ban... which is what has happened here meaning it wasn't obvious enough or something
but to slander all us admins is just not doing yourself any justice, whats your nick on the server ?
next time your faced with this try and speak up, in most cases the ones that don't deny it end up getting banned. - De4d Prez #

| First off I didnt slander all of you, I call a kiddo the guy who is banning people for 30min instead of putting perm on them UNDER THE SUSPISION. If he is got any doubts with my fair playing he can always check my steam id at esl.eu or just simply record a demo , which would be a fair enough as a proof. What does he get if he bann me for 30min? It just lacks of any common sense.
Secondly, i tried to speak with him but its seems like he ingnored all of my inquires or just didnt understand English. As for my nick on the server its the same as it my login - 4element.
Word to true gamers.

| The reason a time is put on the ban is because most hackers don't realise the time on there ban they just see the message telling them they've been banned from the server....this leads to them moving on to another server, whereas people who don't come back...its just an assumption but like I said 30mins is the most I've seen, and I can't say i recall a 'Kiddo' but most likely he is Russian which is why he can't understand you.
So for that matter you'll just have to wait for him or the others who know who this guy might be to check, I am sorry on your behalf however because I myself have been banned like twice on this server without a demo or proof of any kind so I know what it feells like. - De4d Prez #

| Thanks for understanding. However, I am still in troubles with local admins. Their point of view hasnt changed at all. I would appreciate if u could speak to admins like ROONEY or 400KG, cuz I already tried several times and even though they have suprisingly repiled, they still think im using haxx, at least check bl before u say somthing.
PS. TRUE SKILL will never change and just some ppl dont understand what it means to posses it;-)

| If you don't have the proof to back up what someone was doing on the server, don't even bother posting since your request will be denied.
Guidelines: 1. Your player name you used in the server. (Silly Bill[PoDBot000])
2. Your IP adress (u can see here http://www.ip-adress.com/ )
3. Date/Time you were banned (march 1st 09, 3:20 am)
4. Reason why you were banned (if you know). (unknown)
5. Reason why you should be unbanned. (i did nothing wrong, and this is my appeal, i play here on a regular basis with my friend, and would like to continue playing on your server still, you can check my rankings and see that i am a mediocre player of only 63% efficiency in your servers.)

Furthermore i got permanetly banned yesterday when I was playing under nickname HAYABUSA, obviously adm didnt say anything and it seems like this time I got banned pernamently, thus I cannot be sure since it says somehting in russian which I cannot even type it in here. ADMINS SUX (just few):) How can u ban random ppl if u playing without sound?

Ah, let me just say that if u rly think that I am cheating why dont u just record a demo as a proof? Im sure that any skilled player who knows how to play cs will say that Im not cheating. Easy as that. Never used anythings. That would do for now, waiting for ur respond:)
